Emma Aanderud, MSWi
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
If you’re feeling stuck in food or body struggles, navigating chronic illness or medical trauma, or just trying to feel like yourself again, I’m here for it.
I work with teens (12+), adults, and anyone ready to break free from shame. My approach is warm, curious, and authentic—because healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong with you,” it’s about reclaiming what’s yours and living in a way that feels real to you. I specialize in treating those who have eating disorders and body image concerns as well as handling the complexities of navigating medical trauma or a chronic illness.
We’ll move at your pace, using IFS, DBT, and ACT to help you reconnect with your body, your values, and your Self. Every part of you is welcome here—the polished, the messy, and even the parts you’ve learned to hide.
Sessions are virtual across Utah or in person at our Murray office.
