Kimberlee Cook, CSW

If you’re looking for healing, you’re in the right place!

You may find yourself wondering why relationships feel so difficult or why you never quite feel safe being fully yourself. Maybe you struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, or a harsh inner critic. Perhaps you've spent years prioritizing everyone else's needs while feeling disconnected from your own.

For many people, these struggles aren't signs that something is wrong with them. They are adaptations—ways of surviving environments where their needs, emotions, identity, or authenticity didn't always feel welcome or safe.

👋 I’m Kimberlee. I’m a therapist, dog mom, I love to be outdoors hiking with my dogs, doing yoga, listening to live music and dancing.

I am passionate about helping adults heal from trauma, navigate attachment wounds, and reconnect with who they truly are beneath the expectations, shame, and survival strategies they've carried for years. I also enjoy supporting individuals exploring their sexual orientation, gender identity, and queer identities, whether you're questioning, coming out, building self-acceptance, or learning how to live more authentically.

Together, we'll explore the experiences that shaped you. We'll work to understand the protective patterns that once helped you survive while creating new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and the people you care about. My goal is to help you develop greater self-trust, emotional safety, and confidence in your own voice so you can build a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and authentically yours.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with the person you've always been underneath the hurt.
