Faith Transition Therapy in Sandy, Utah
Questioning your faith is not a step into darkness, but a journey toward your own light.
Find peace and clarity in your faith journey.
Your questions are not a betrayal of your past, but a gateway to your future
You can count on us to be unbiased as you find your own shade of gray in the black and white religion you grew up in.
In therapy with us, we ask you thought-provoking questions to make you critically think and feel into your own truth.
We want you to find your inner peace and inner knowing again. You are valuable and worthy of inner calm just as you are today.
Right now.
You’ll be Able to:
Navigate relationships with more authenticity
Make sure your value/moral pendulum doesn’t swing all the way to the other end of the spectrum
Look inward for your values rather than outward to the Church Leaders
Reclaim your life
We get it. We’ve been there.
Many of the therapists at Modern Eve have grown up in or around Mormonism with various levels of activity so no need to spend your session explaining the various LDS terms are cause we get it.
We understand the cultural influences that have shaped you. We do our best to help you find a new tribe to help supplement the community that church membership afforded.
If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, and/or existential dread with all this - Book here for help
WHAT SETS US APART?
WHAT SETS US APART?
Here at Modern Eve, we value you as a whole person. We will NEVER tell you what to believe or how to practice your faith – because let’s face it, spirituality isn’t even about following a set path!
You were born for so much more than to fit into a predefined mold. We’re here to help you on your journey to spiritual discovery and acceptance.
Whether you’re feeling lost, questioning your beliefs, or wanting to explore new spiritual horizons, we’re here to support you.
We believe in empowering individuals to break free from the confines of rigid belief systems and reclaim their spiritual autonomy and peace.
We believe that through open dialogue and compassionate guidance, you can explore your beliefs, recognize your inherent worth beyond dogma, and navigate the journey towards spiritual fulfillment with authenticity and understanding.
One thing is for sure. You are far from alone in this.
Faith transitions can be super hard and even lead to an entire identity crisis. They can impact your social life, marriage, mental health, family life, and career. This is not a decision to be taken lightly and you’ve probably experienced a good deal of inner turmoil to bring you to this place of searching for direction.
We will never tell you what to do but instead guide you toward your inner truth and to what brings you the most peace whether that be stepping toward or away from religion. Or maybe looks like finding your perfect shade of gray on the black and white spectrum.
