If you’re looking for healing, you’re in the right place!

Maybe you’re the one holding everything together. The overthinker. The achiever. The caretaker. The person everyone else leans on while quietly feeling anxious, disconnected, burnt out, or completely overwhelmed inside.

Or maybe your relationship feels stuck in the same painful cycle and you’re exhausted trying to fix it.

👋 I’m Lauren. I’m a therapist, dog mom, hiker, adventurer, and mediocre-but-enthusiastic ukulele player who believes therapy works best when you don’t feel like you’re talking to a robot in a beige office.

I work with couples and individuals navigating relationship struggles, betrayal trauma, anxiety, relationship OCD, body image issues, eating disorders, burnout, life transitions, and the messy process of figuring out who you are underneath all the pressure and expectations. I also love working with high-achieving women who look like they have it all together on the outside, but internally feel anxious, disconnected from themselves, or emotionally exhausted.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and deeply human. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can exhale a little. A space where you don’t have to perform, have the “right” answers, or carry everything alone.

I also believe healing looks different for different people, and I tend to work in a way that is experiential, relational, and collaborative rather than just sitting and talking about problems. I enjoy helping clients deepen self-awareness, reconnect with themselves and others, and better understand the patterns and protective parts that may be keeping them stuck. I incorporate mindfulness, embodiment, self-compassion, and plant medicine integration work when appropriate.

Whether you’re trying to rebuild trust in a relationship, reconnect with yourself, heal your relationship with food or your body, or simply feel more grounded and alive again, I’d love to support you.
