Hey — I’m really glad you’re here!

If you’re dealing with things like an eating disorder, grief, or challenges around sexual or physical health, you're not alone. That stuff can feel heavy, isolating, and tough to talk about. Therapy can be a space to redefine those aspects of your life, and feel seen doing so.

Together, we’ll figure things out at your pace. I pull from CBT, IFS, and ACT—approaches that help you better understand yourself, build coping tools, and move toward a life that actually feels like yours.

I create a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself, so just show up however you are—whether you curse like a sailor, cozy and quiet, or something in between. All of you is welcome here: from the parts of you that feel most put-together, to the ones you’ve learned to hide out of shame.

Outside of therapy, I love being involved in my community and volunteering when I can. I find a lot of joy in creating—through expressive art and writing, or just appreciating other people’s creativity. I also enjoy movement that feels good and grounding, like yoga, walking, or trying something new just for fun (right now I am learning to rollerblade- which has been equally scary and fulfilling!)

If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to connect. I can meet with Utah residents virtually or in person in our Murray office.

Stop shoulding on yourself, already!
