Let’s Find Your True Self, Out Of Survival Mode!

You've spent so much of your life filtering that you're no longer sure who you are underneath it all. You've learned to mask, people-please, overthink every interaction. Being hyperaware of everyone else's needs while quietly ignoring your own. You may carry the exhausting feeling that you're somehow "too much," "not enough," or simply different in ways other people don't seem to understand.

These aren't character flaws. They're survival strategies.

If you're queer, neurodivergent, or healing from complex PTSD, you may have spent years hiding parts of yourself just to feel safe or accepted. Therapy with me offers a space where you don't have to perform, explain, or apologize for who you are.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to tailor sessions to your unique needs and pace. Together, we'll work toward healing old wounds, building self-trust, and creating a life that feels less driven by survival and more connected to who you truly are.

If you're looking for an affirming therapist who will meet you with warmth, authenticity, and deep respect for your lived experience, I'd love to meet you. I offer in person sessions in Sandy, Utah or via Telehealth anywhere in Utah.

You Deserve Support No Matter What Stage You Are At!
