Young adults trying to find their autonomy while still living under their parents roof. Marriages that have been suffering due to years of miscommunication and built up resentments. Just know that I see you and have specialized training to help you and your family take steps toward healing and finally start to hear and understand one another. The challenges I have faced make me a compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic therapist ready to dig into your family system to find the answers you seek.
